Rafael Del Valle Vega

Rafael Del Valle is the partner-in-charge of the Tax Department for HTR-Del Valle & Nieves, PSC. He is a former manager at both international and local CPA Firms. He managed individual expatriate accounts for international corporations. Mr. Del Valle has conducted training sessions and seminars for the CPA Society of Puerto Rico and other professional and private entities including Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and the Bortech Institute. He has more than 19 years experience in the preparation of Puerto Rico and corporate tax returns. He has provided taxpayer representation before the Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service and other Government and Municipal Agencies. Other services he has provided include tax planning for corporate mergers and reorganizations and tax exemption grants for manufacturing, tourism and service entities.

• Bachelor in Business Administration
• Major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus
• Certified Public Accountant
